Naert Realty has over 90 years of real estate and construction experience in St. Louis. The history of Naert Realty extends back to the early 1900s when Emil Naert owned and operated one of the largest stone foundation companies in St. Louis. This was a thriving time in St. Louis and Naert, along with his fleet of 27 trucks, hauled stone from local quarries to build the majority of stone foundations. • Emil's son, Joe, owned and operated several businesses in his career including: Joseph A. Naert Real Estate, Naert Painting Co., and Joseph A. Naert Insurance Co. Joe built his business by acquiring and developing vacant lots in St. Louis. He quickly became known as the "go-to-guy" for real estate in St. Louis. He purchased multiple properties and sold them as a "package deal" to Anheuser-Busch. Later, the land was redeveloped and is now part of their world headquarters. • In 1964, Gerre Naert took a different path by launching Naert Printing Company. His son, Joe Naert, purchased the company from Gerre in 1996. It is one of the oldest family-operated, commercial printers in St. Louis. In 2000, Joe Naert re-established his grandfather's company, Joseph A. Naert Real Estate, as Naert Realty – a full-service residential brokerage. Joe and his wife, Jennifer Naert, bring over 25 years of combined finance and real estate experience to Naert Realty.
