Jeff brings over 20 years of marketing and real estate experience to Naert Realty. His diverse background and experience has enabled him to consistently deliver the professional service, integrity and negotiating expertise his clients have come to expect.

Jeff has been on the forefront of marketing since 1985, and has successfully led marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 clients such as Bank of America, Texas Instruments, SBC, Ingersoll-Rand and Anheuser-Busch. He has also been recognized by marketing industry publications, Print and Graphic Design USA.

Prior to joining Naert Realty, Jeff led the world’s 5th largest financial services firm,
A.G. Edwards, in their communications efforts and marketing initiatives, as Art Director and later, the firm’s first Brand Manager. He also served as Senior Creative Director for Fleishman-Hillard public relations, then Executive Art Director for Group360 design and marketing communications.

Jeff’s clients appreciate his commitment to results oriented marketing strategies while providing the highest levels of customer service. “We take a ‘true’ marketing perspective when it comes to providing services to home sellers. Corporate real estate companies rely heavily on outdated, ineffective methods of marketing properties. Most companies don’t provide an actual marketing plan. We provide the seller with an exact ‘map’ of the marketing strategy we intend to use, reasons why and research to back it up. A custom marketing plan combined with correct market pricing, provides our clients an edge over their competition,” says Fuelling.

When it comes to finding and purchasing a new home, Jeff is known for his strong attention to detail and negotiating the best terms for his home buying clients. “Buying a home can be stressful, but if you are knowledgeable about the process, you’ll be a more confident buyer. It’s my job to guide and educate,” states Fuelling. His extensive experience helping first-time homebuyers has made him a popular resource in St. Louis and St. Charles.
