Joe brings over 13 years of finance and real estate experience to Naert Realty. As Broker and Owner, his goal is to continue to build the reputation of Naert Realty as the most trusted real estate company in St. Louis. “It is my sincere hope that our client-centered approach to sales, and commitment to superior transaction management will continue to draw clients seeking superior service and trusted advice in the St. Louis real estate market,” states Naert.

Joe earned his degree in Finance with an emphasis in real estate from Saint Louis University in 1992 and was awarded an internship with the Investors Diversified Services division of American Express.

Prior to establishing Naert Realty, Joe joined his father as general manager of Naert Printing Company in 1992 and was charged with promoting the company’s high-quality offset printing services. Naert Printing celebrated a 300% increase in sales within the first year under his leadership. Joe became President & CEO in 1996. Naert Printing celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2004.

Joe began his real estate journey by investing in a four-family rehab property in St. Louis Hills in 1994. The success of the venture lead to the creation of Naert Development, which specializes in breathing new life into old homes throughout the St. Louis metro area. In 2000, Joe established Francis Realty in San Diego, California. The company focused, exclusively on ocean front real estate in the North County area of San Diego. After a solid showing of success with Francis Realty, he sold the firm and returned home to St. Louis.

Regardless if it’s an agent or a client, Joe strives to make things happen, both efficiently and successfully with every transaction. “There’s no substitute for personal service and information you can trust”, says Naert.
