Phil has over 30 years of construction experience and has served many nationally recognized companies such as: Medicine Shoppes, Citi-Corp, Applebee's, Circuit City, Chrysler and Wal-Mart. His combined knowledge of residential real estate and construction, make him a popular resource for Naert Realty clients. “I’m very committed to educating my clients through every step of the buying or selling process,” states Barnes. “A client’s best complement is a referral.” Phil has been a REALTOR® for over 10 years and has strived to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
