With experience as both a real estate broker and title company closer, Phyllis is an expert in contract negotiations and procedures. Phyllis has been an active licensed REALTOR® since 1985 and a real estate broker since 1990. She has assisted clients through a variety of market climates and consistently delivers the professional service, integrity and creative thinking that her clients have come to expect.

Phyllis also has over 11 years of experience in the title industry. Her in-depth knowledge of title procedures helps buyers and sellers deal with any issues that may arise, quickly and easily. “Real estate transactions can become complex and confusing to clients when it comes to title issues, surveys and closing statements, but they know I’m with them every step of the way,” states Miceli-Barnes.

Phyllis started her career in Sunset Hills with L.K. Wood and later moved to the South County branch of Coldwell Banker Gundaker. Regarding her move to Naert Realty, she states, “Making the move to Naert Realty gives me more creative marketing opportunities and more marketing tools for my home sellers.”

Phyllis is a resident of Affton and serves clients in the entire St. Louis metro area, including South County, Fenton, Oakville, Sunset Hills, Clayton, Town & Country, Brentwood, Manchester and University City.
