MAP provides most accurate pricing
Price is the #1 factor in how quickly a home sells. Sellers need an accurate list price that will NET THE MOST MONEY and get you to the closing table most efficiently. The outdated practice in the real estate industry is to use a CMA (comparative market analysis). This method involves only one agent, subjective to their experience in pricing homes.
